Day 1. Santa Marta: Arrival in the city of Santa Marta at Simón Bolívar International Airport and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Accommodation.

At the agreed time, pick-up at the hotel lobby and transfer to Serena Tropical Bistro for a romantic dinner. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 2. Santa Marta: City Tour (Private Service): Breakfast at the hotel. At the scheduled time, pick-up at the hotel lobby to start the tour. Discover Santa Marta, the oldest city in South America, on a journey full of history, culture, and Caribbean landscapes. Visit its main attractions, including the historic center and the Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino. Experience the magic of this Caribbean gem! Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 3. Santa Marta: PNN Bahía Concha – Day on a Sailboat (Shared Service): Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a fabulous day at the beach aboard a sailboat. Experience the perfect combination of sun, sea, and the calm blue waters of Bahía Concha. Departure is from the Santa Marta International Marina. The tour will slowly pass by different beaches of the city. Passing through Santa Marta Bay, enjoy panoramic views of the city’s historical zone, see El Morro, an iconic islet for locals, and sail toward Taganga via Punta Betín, where the port is located. You’ll also see the rocky coastline along several popular neighborhoods.

Continue to beaches such as Playa Grande, adjacent to the town, and proceed to the Tayrona Park border. In the reserve areas of Granate and Isla Aguja, enjoy coral reefs popular with divers and fishermen. At Bahía Concha, enjoy the sea, the beach, the beautiful surroundings, and a delicious lunch. Lunch will be ready when you return to the boat. By 3:40 pm, all passengers must be back on board for the return to Santa Marta. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS


With regard to our inclusion insurance, said insurance exclusively includes those people who have their residence and origin of the trip in Spain or Portugal.


CHAPTER I (Obligations of information and content of the combined travel contract), Article 153 (Pre-contractual information), point 1, section H:


"1. Before the traveler is bound by any package travel contract or corresponding offer, the organizer, and also the retailer, when the package is sold through the latter, will provide the traveler with the form with the standard information regarding to the package trip that appears in annex II, A or B, as well as the following information that is applicable to the package trip:

"h) Information on the subscription of an optional insurance that covers the expenses originated in the event that the traveler decides to terminate the contract or the expenses of assistance, including those of repatriation, in case of accident, illness or death."



Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.


Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
