02.Gün: Doha - Johannesburg

Panoramik olarak yapacağımız şehir turumuzda Şehir Merkezi, Houghton-Mandela Evi, Rosebank, Sandton bölgeleri turumuz esnasında göreceğimiz yerler arasındadır. Turumuzun ardından otelimize transfer. 03rd Day: Johannesburg - Sun City
After breakfast, we depart for the Sun City region.

Then, for guests who wish, an optional Lesedi Cultural Village tour with lunch (100 USD) can be arranged. We will witness the daily life of various wild animals living in a natural volcanic environment among the mountains. During our trip, we may see the so-called Big Five:

You will also meet rangers, who will help you understand the value of the special, trust-based relationship shared with the elephants throughout our tour. We will take a boat tour to see the Cape Fur Seals on Duiker Island. Next, passing via Chapmans Peak or Constantia Nek, we see the African Penguins at Boulders Beach near Simons Town. After lunch at Black Marlin Seafood Restaurant with an ocean view, we head to Cape Point and Cape of Good Hope, the southwesternmost tip of Africa discovered by Barthelomios Diaz, where the world's highest lighthouse can be seen by funicular. Afterwards, we return to Cape Town passing through various coastal towns.

After a 45-minute drive, we arrive at KWV Wine Emporium; first, we tour the cellars and then do a tasting. Next, we move on to the town of Stellenbosch, founded in 1679, and enjoy a panoramic city tour in this town famous for its wines, oak trees, and university. After lunch at the restaurant of Tokara Wine Estate, we ascend to the 1087-meter-high summit of Table Mountain to indulge in the mesmerizing view. Then we return to our hotel.

08th Day: Cape Town - Doha
After breakfast at the hotel, we complete our check-out procedures. Free time until transfer.
Guests who wish may join the optional Symbols of South Africa tour (130 USD). At our first stop, Ostrich Ranch Cape Town Ostrich Farm, we will visit ostriches and have the chance to see all aspects of ostrich breeding and farming, including leather production. Afterwards, we'll proceed to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. This large garden covers 36 hectares of cultivated gardens within a total area of 528 hectares and is a meeting point for South African flora. Only indigenous South African plants are displayed, including fynbos, proteas, cycads, rolling lawns, streams, and ponds, with well-organized paths for easy walking. After enjoying the magnificent scenery with various bird species in the garden, we'll go to the Treetop Canopy walkway, offering visitors the opportunity to experience the forest from above.

The flight times stated in the program are received from the relevant airlines. The agency is not responsible for any changes to flight times. Therefore, the program may be revised in case of time changes.
The name, surname, and date of birth information provided during reservation must be complete and accurate as stated in the passport. Name confirmation will not be made later.
Hotel vouchers and flight tickets will be sent to you three days before the tour departure. Due to weather conditions, changes may be made to optional tours; in this case, the company reserves the right to make necessary arrangements.
All guests are required to carry their round-trip flight tickets and hotel accommodation documents with them. Guests without a printed ticket are solely responsible for their entry into the country. It is recommended that guests activate their mobile phones for international use.

About Tours and Excursions
The panoramic city tours specified in the program are introductory tours conducted by vehicle with guide commentary, lasting about 2–3 hours. These tours do not include museum and historical site entrances.
Tours may be canceled or altered due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, road closures, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, the company is not responsible. Where necessary, tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot.
Other Matters
Tour Participation Condition
The tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, cancellation information will be notified to you through the agency at least 20 days before tour departure.
Cancellation Conditions
For cancellations made 90 days before the travel date, a penalty fee between 150 and 200 Euros will be applied for the Johannesburg – Cape Town flight ticket. In case of possible delays in domestic flights between Johannesburg – Cape Town, operational changes may occur.

* The booking of tourist services and product purchases contained in this document will be governed by the specific contractual conditions with which they have been offered and by the General Conditions applicable to travel services and products sold by Haiku Dinámico that are published on this website, a copy of which is attached to this document.
* The confirmation of the reservation obtained by the User through the Haiku Dinámico is also subject to availability at the time the User makes his payment for places in the means of transport, accommodation, or any type of service selected within the tariff selected or used for the offer.
* The final price obtained in the document generated through Haiku Dinámico may be subject to change at the time of requesting and confirming the reservation as a result of the companies' dynamic pricing policy aerial.

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.
Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.

Categorias de dados pessoais
As categorias de dados que são tratadas no Dynamic Haiku são apenas dados de identificação. Em nenhum caso são tratadas categorias especiais de dados pessoais nos termos do artigo 9.º do RGPD.
Base legal para o tratamento de dados pessoais
A base jurídica para o tratamento de dados pessoais é o consentimento. O Haiku Dinamico compromete-se a obter o consentimento expresso e verificável do Utilizador para o tratamento dos seus dados pessoais para um ou mais fins específicos.
O usuário terá o direito de retirar seu consentimento a qualquer momento. Será tão fácil retirar o consentimento quanto concedê-lo. Como regra geral, a retirada do consentimento não condicionará o uso do Site.
Em ocasiões em que o Usuário deva ou possa fornecer seus dados por meio de formulários para consultas, solicitação de informações ou por motivos relacionados ao conteúdo do Site, será informado caso o preenchimento de algum deles seja obrigatório por serem essenciais para o correto desenvolvimento da operação realizada.

Da mesma forma, os dados podem ser utilizados para fins comerciais de personalização, operacionais e estatísticos, e atividades do objeto social do Haiku Dinamico, bem como para a extração, armazenamento de dados e estudos de marketing para adequação do Conteúdo oferecido ao Usuário, bem como como melhorar a qualidade, operação e navegação do site.
No momento em que os dados pessoais forem obtidos, o Usuário será informado sobre a finalidade ou finalidades específicas do tratamento para o qual os dados pessoais serão utilizados; ou seja, o uso ou usos que serão dados às informações coletadas.
Períodos de retenção de dados pessoais
Os dados pessoais serão retidos apenas pelo tempo mínimo necessário para os efeitos do seu tratamento e, em qualquer caso, apenas durante o seguinte período: 18 meses, ou até que o Utilizador solicite a sua eliminação.
No momento da obtenção dos dados pessoais, o Utilizador será informado sobre o período durante o qual os dados pessoais serão guardados ou, quando tal não seja possível, os critérios utilizados para determinar este período.

No caso de menor de 14 anos, será necessário o consentimento dos pais ou responsáveis para o tratamento, e isso só será considerado lícito na medida em que o tenham autorizado.
Sigilo e segurança de dados pessoais
A Dynamic Haiku compromete-se a adoptar as medidas técnicas e organizacionais necessárias, de acordo com o nível de segurança adequado ao risco dos dados recolhidos, de forma a garantir a segurança dos dados pessoais e evitar a destruição acidental, perda ou alteração. Dados pessoais ilícitos transmitidos, armazenados ou processados de outra forma, ou comunicação ou acesso não autorizado a tais dados.
O Site possui um certificado SSL (Secure Socket Layer), que garante que os dados pessoais sejam transmitidos de forma segura e confidencial, uma vez que os dados são transmitidos entre o servidor e o usuário, e em feedback, totalmente criptografados ou criptografados.
