Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.

Categorias de dados pessoais
As categorias de dados que são tratadas no Dynamic Haiku são apenas dados de identificação. Em nenhum caso são tratadas categorias especiais de dados pessoais nos termos do artigo 9.º do RGPD.
Base legal para o tratamento de dados pessoais
A base jurídica para o tratamento de dados pessoais é o consentimento. O Haiku Dinamico compromete-se a obter o consentimento expresso e verificável do Utilizador para o tratamento dos seus dados pessoais para um ou mais fins específicos.
O usuário terá o direito de retirar seu consentimento a qualquer momento. Será tão fácil retirar o consentimento quanto concedê-lo. Como regra geral, a retirada do consentimento não condicionará o uso do Site.

Períodos de retenção de dados pessoais
Os dados pessoais serão retidos apenas pelo tempo mínimo necessário para os efeitos do seu tratamento e, em qualquer caso, apenas durante o seguinte período: 18 meses, ou até que o Utilizador solicite a sua eliminação.

Sigilo e segurança de dados pessoais
A Dynamic Haiku compromete-se a adoptar as medidas técnicas e organizacionais necessárias, de acordo com o nível de segurança adequado ao risco dos dados recolhidos, de forma a garantir a segurança dos dados pessoais e evitar a destruição acidental, perda ou alteração. Dados pessoais ilícitos transmitidos, armazenados ou processados de outra forma, ou comunicação ou acesso não autorizado a tais dados.
