Rates and Changes:

1. In the event of increases in fuel costs, entrance fees to monuments, airport taxes, or changes in the exchange rate of the Egyptian pound against the euro, Galaxia Tours reserves the right to adjust our rates accordingly.
2. Confirmed hotels and ships may change up to 30 days before departure due to quota management, overbooking, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. The schedules of international flights and the airlines that operate may change due to unforeseen circumstances or decisions by civil aviation authorities.

Flight Confirmation:

1. It is always required to reconfirm the airline and the definitive schedules 21 days before departure.
2. The domestic flight from Aswan to Cairo will be informed at the destination 24 hours before.

Children's Policy:

1. Children from 0 to 1.99 years: Free of charge on land services (without the right to a bed) and on flights (without the right to a seat).
2. Children from 2 to 11.99 years:Sharing with 2 adults: they pay 65% of the double occupancy rate on land services and 100% on air tickets.Sharing with 1 adult: they pay 65% of the single occupancy rate on land services and 100% on air tickets.
3. From 12 years old: full adult rate on land services and air tickets.

* This document, obtained by the User through Haiku Dinámico, does not constitute a confirmation of reservation or a firm reservation of any of the travel services described therein. Such confirmation will only be obtained when Haiku Dinámico receives the total price of the reservation through the retail agency selected by the User among those associated with Haiku Dinámico.

* The booking of tourist services and product purchases contained in this document will be governed by the specific contractual conditions with which they have been offered and by the General Conditions applicable to travel services and products sold by Haiku Dinámico that are published on this website, a copy of which is attached to this document.

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

With regard to our inclusion insurance, said insurance exclusively includes those people who have their residence and origin of the trip in Spain or Portugal.

CHAPTER I (Obligations of information and content of the combined travel contract), Article 153 (Pre-contractual information), point 1, section H:

"1. Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.

Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
