Children’s Discount: There is no children’s discount for our Japan tours. All participants, regardless of age, will be evaluated based on the determined tour rates.

Important Note on Extra Fees: Tour participants accept in advance that they will join and not disrupt the tours specified and to be organized in the tour program. Accordingly, for payments related to items such as local guide, museum and historical site entries, city taxes, and if applicable headphone/audio system, it is accepted that the additional fee of 220 EUR per person, previously notified in the tour program, will be paid to the tour official during the trip. Participants are considered to have been fully and completely informed of this.

Tour Departure Dates: The tour departs on August 8, August 17, and August 22. Participants must make reservations based on their preferred date.

• Meeting point: Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal in front of Ana Airways Counter – 3 hours before the flight
• Istanbul – Tokyo flight: Departure at 17:45 with flight NH220
• Arrival in Tokyo: 10:50
• Tokyo – Osaka connecting flight: Departure at 13:00 with flight NH025, arrival in Osaka at 14:05
• Return flight: Departure from Tokyo Haneda Airport at 08:25 with flight NH219, arrival in Istanbul at 15:35

Accommodation Information: Accommodation in Osaka will be at Hotel Osaka Plaza, Osaka Castle Hotel among 3 or 4-star hotels, while in Tokyo, it will be at Hotel Route-Inn Grand Tokyo Toyocho, Candeo Hotels Ueno Park among 3 or 4-star hotels. It is stated that hotel check-in time is estimated to be around 18:30, depending on road conditions.

Meal Arrangements: Breakfasts during the tour are served at the hotel and included in the tour price. Lunch and dinners are not included and will be paid extra by participants during free time at venues designated by the guide.

Driver and Guide Tips: A tip of 30 EUR per person is expected for the driver and guide serving during the tour. This amount is not included in the tour and must be paid separately by participants.

Travel Health Insurance: International travel health insurance is mandatory before traveling to Japan. As this insurance is not included in the tour, participants are advised to make the necessary arrangements before the trip.

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

With regard to our inclusion insurance, said insurance exclusively includes those people who have their residence and origin of the trip in Spain or Portugal.

CHAPTER I (Obligations of information and content of the combined travel contract), Article 153 (Pre-contractual information), point 1, section H:

"1. Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.

Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
