Important Information

The flight times indicated in the program have been obtained from the relevant airline. The agency is not responsible for changes that may occur in flight times. Therefore, in the event of any schedule change, the program may be revised.

The first name, last name, and date of birth details provided at the time of booking must exactly match the passport, and be complete and correct. Name confirmation will not be done afterward.

Hotel vouchers and flight tickets will be sent to you three days before the tour departure date. All guests are required to carry their round-trip flight tickets and hotel accommodation documents with them. Guests without a ticket printout are responsible for their own entry to the country.

It is recommended that guests enable international use on their mobile phones.

Cancellation and Change Conditions

For reservations made, cancellations within 90 days prior to the travel date will incur a penalty fee for the St. Petersburg – Moscow train ticket. This fee varies between 80 and 120 Euros. For promotional and early booking tours, no cancellation or changes are possible.

Accommodation and Room Arrangements

• Hotel check-in time is between 16:00–17:00, and check-out is between 10:00–12:00.
• If multiple hotel alternatives are offered at the same destination and/or only the hotel category is specified, the hotels you will stay at will be notified to you 48 hours before the trip departure date.
• Due to high demand, hotels may change; however, the hotel category will not change.
• Some hotels may provide twin beds. Requests for room type changes during hotel accommodation are at the discretion of the hotel.
• Triple rooms are given according to hotel availability and the third bed may be smaller than the standard bed. Usually, it is in the form of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are portable and foldable. This arrangement is considered accepted by the guest.
• Child discounts apply only for one child sharing the room with two adults and meeting the age criteria.
• Breakfasts at hotels are served continental style in accordance with the local culture and may, in some cases, be served in a separate lounge for groups.

About Tours and Excursions

The panoramic city tours specified in the program are introductory tours, conducted from inside the vehicle with guide narration, lasting approximately 2–3 hours. They do not include museum and archaeological site entrance fees.

Tours may be canceled or their content changed due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, road closures, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, the company is not responsible. If necessary, tours can be conducted using public transportation or on foot. Changes may also be made to extra tours due to weather conditions.

St. Petersburg – Moscow Train Journey

In case of operational disruptions on the St. Petersburg – Moscow train journey, the alternative transfer will be made via airline.

Other Matters

• The company acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955.
• There may be delays and schedule changes in scheduled or private flights. These situations are considered accepted in advance by guests.
• Children aged 0–2 are exempt from field tax and service charge.
• It is important to check prices before purchasing.

Tour Participation Requirement

The tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, cancellation notice will be sent to you through your agency at least 20 days prior to the tour departure.

* Once the User has designed his trip with Haiku Dinámico, he must formalize the reservation and contract his trip through the intervention of a retail travel agency, so any User interested in confirming his reservation should contact any of the agencies retailer associated with Haiku Dinámico to the document previously generated with the referred tool.

* This document, obtained by the User through Haiku Dinámico, does not constitute a confirmation of reservation or a firm reservation of any of the travel services described therein. Such confirmation will only be obtained when Haiku Dinámico receives the total price of the reservation through the retail agency selected by the User among those associated with Haiku Dinámico.

* The booking of tourist services and product purchases contained in this document will be governed by the specific contractual conditions with which they have been offered and by the General Conditions applicable to travel services and products sold by Haiku Dinámico that are published on this website, a copy of which is attached to this document.

* The confirmation of the reservation obtained by the User through the Haiku Dinámico is also subject to availability at the time the User makes his payment for places in the means of transport, accommodation, or any type of service selected within the tariff selected or used for the offer.

* The final price obtained in the document generated through Haiku Dinámico may be subject to change at the time of requesting and confirming the reservation as a result of the companies' dynamic pricing policy aerial.

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

With regard to our inclusion insurance, said insurance exclusively includes those people who have their residence and origin of the trip in Spain or Portugal.

CHAPTER I (Obligations of information and content of the combined travel contract), Article 153 (Pre-contractual information), point 1, section H:

"1. "h) Information on the subscription of an optional insurance that covers the expenses originated in the event that the traveler decides to terminate the contract or the expenses of assistance, including those of repatriation, in case of accident, illness or death."

Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.

Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
