Meeting in front of the International Departures Terminal Counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, departure to Pristina at 09:50 with AJET Airlines flight no. 101. Arrival in Pristina at 10:30.

After passport, luggage, and customs procedures, panoramic drive through Pristina and continue to Shkodra, located in the north of Albania.

Guests who wish may join the extra Prizren tour (30 EUR). During the tour in Prizren, one of Kosovo's most charming cities with a population predominantly of Muslim Albanians, the following sites will be seen:

  • 17th-century Turkish Bath
  • Sinan Pasha Mosque, built in 1615
  • Prizren Fortress
  • Orthodox Church
  • Christ Saviour Church

After the tour, arrival in Shkodra (or surroundings). Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we head to Montenegro. Then, free time is given at a point deemed suitable by our guide.

Guests who wish may join the extra Sv. Stefan – Budva – Kotor – Tivat – Perast tour (70 EUR).

  • Sv. Stefan: A panoramic break to view the spectacular St. Stefan, once a fishing settlement, later nationalized and sold to a Singaporean billionaire, and today a holiday destination for the Jet Set.
  • Budva: After a panoramic tour, we arrive in Tivat, where Porto Montenegro is located.
  • Tivat: Known as the Monaco of Montenegro, you can relax in Tivat's luxury cafés, swim, or take a walk along the coast to unwind from the day's fatigue.
  • Kotor: A walking city tour in this city, which has been on UNESCO's World Heritage List since 1979, visiting the most important buildings bearing the touch of Venetian architecture.
  • Perast: We will visit Perast, which is famous for its postcard-worthy scenery as we travel around the Bay of Kotor.

After our journey along the rare shores of this bay, we proceed to Trebinje (or its surroundings), Bosnia and Herzegovina, for accommodation. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast at our hotel in the morning and check-out, we depart for Počitelj by our private bus. We visit Počitelj village and have free time.

Guests who wish may join the extra Blagaj & Kravice Tour (55 EUR).

  • Blagaj Tekke: Located at the source of the Buna River and leaning against huge cliffs, Blagaj Tekke transports its visitors beyond time with its peaceful atmosphere, tranquil sound of water, and mystical air. After our guide's explanation at this special site where nature and spirituality intertwine, free time is given.
  • Kravica Waterfalls: At one of Bosnia and Herzegovina's most impressive natural wonders, Kravica Waterfalls, emerald-green waters cascade from travertines surrounded by lush greenery, forming a natural amphitheater. Guests may walk, take photos, or swim at the waterfall.

After our tour, we proceed to Mostar. Upon arrival in Mostar, we start our walking city tour by visiting Mostar Bridge. (Built by Mimar Hayreddin in 1557, this bridge is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture.) The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery in the 1992 war, but was reopened in 2004 with significant contributions from the Republic of Turkey. We tour the Old Town bazaar.

After our visits, we proceed to the capital, Sarajevo. On the way, we see and take a photo break at the famous Konjic Bridge in Konjic (Konyitz), which has survived from the Ottoman period and was restored by Turkey. Then, we proceed to the capital, Sarajevo. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we visit Europe's most distinguished bazaar, Baščaršija. In our city tour introducing this cultural city:

  • Sarajevo Sebil Fountain – virtually the symbol of the bazaar
  • Morica Han – one of the most authentic spots in the city
  • Hüsrev Bey Mosque – built by a relative of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent
  • Clock Tower and the famous fountain which has become a ritual
  • Eternal Flame Monument – located at the meeting point of cultures

Afterwards, we have free time. During this time, guests can photograph the Latin Bridge where World War I began.

After the tour and free time, guests can join the extra Travnik – Ahmici Tour (55 EUR).

  • Travnik Fortress: The fortress built in the Bosnian Kingdom and decorated during Ottoman rule will be visited.
  • Sulejmanije Mosque: The first mosque built by the Ottomans in Bosnia will be visited.
  • Ivo Andric's House: The museum house of Nobel Peace Prize-winning author Ivo Andric will be visited.
  • Blue Water: Blue Water, where it is rumored that Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror drank water, will be visited.

After free time, we depart for Sarajevo. On the way, we visit Ahmići Village. (This village, subjected to massacre and attacks by Croatian Ustashas, is an important historical site.) Upon arrival in Sarajevo, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, guests who wish can join the Vrelo Bosna & War (Hope) Tunnel (30 EUR) tour.

  • Vrelo Bosna National Park: Located at the foot of Mount Igman, including the source of the Bosna River, this is Sarajevo's largest national park, famous for its excellent walking trails, carriage drivers, and authentic coffeehouses. It was organized by Tito’s order.
  • Sarajevo War Tunnel (Hope Tunnel): This tunnel, which was of vital importance to the people of Sarajevo during the Bosnian War, was built in 1993 as the only connection to the outside world for the besieged city. In the preserved section, we have the opportunity to learn more closely about the hardships faced by the people of Sarajevo through photographs, videos, and traces of daily life from wartime.

At the end of the tour, transfer to Sarajevo airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport formalities, departure for Istanbul at 15:35 by AJET Airlines flight VF98. Arrival in Istanbul at 18:30.

Breakfasts are provided at the hotel for all accommodation days and are included in the tour fee. Breakfast is served in continental breakfast style in line with the local culture, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee.

  • Museum and Ruins Entrance Fees: Entrance fees for all museums, historical sites, and ruins visited during the tour program are the responsibility of the participant.

  • Tours Not Specified in the Program: Any excursion or tour not explicitly included in the tour program is the responsibility of the participant.
  • Driver Service Fee: The driver service fee, set at 5 EUR per person, is charged separately.
  • Overseas Departure Fee: The official departure fee collected when leaving Turkey is not included in the tour.
  • Overseas Travel Health Insurance: Participants are required to obtain valid overseas travel health insurance for the duration of their trip.

It is sufficient to have Euro for shopping and expenses in all countries during the tour. In regions where the local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.

  1. Clothing and Footwear Recommendations: During the trip, comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred. It is especially recommended to bring a cardigan or similar clothing as it may be cool at night.
  2. Seat Arrangement: On our tours, rotation (seat change) is applied in the daily seat planning. Fixed seat and front seat guarantee is not given. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
  3. Import Rules When Entering Turkey from Abroad: When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a requirement of at least 3 nights of accommodation in order to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.). The duty-free shopping limits are as follows:
  • Cigarettes: 3 cartons
  • Alcoholic beverages (containing more than 22% alcohol, except wine and champagne): 1 liter
  • Alcoholic beverages (containing less than 22% alcohol, including wine and champagne): 2 liters
  • Perfume: 600 ml

  1. Program Changes: Guides may make changes to the flow of the program depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places mentioned in the program are shown.
  2. Cancellation Conditions: Guests registered for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If cancelled less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% cancellation fee applies, and if 20 days or less remain, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Documents such as a hospital report or work permit obtained from Turkish authorities are unfortunately not valid for hotel and service cancellations outside Turkey.
  3. Minimum Participation Requirement: Our tour program is organized with a minimum of 25 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice will be 20 days before the tour departure and the cancellation will be notified by Viyatravel.
  4. Hotel Notification: For hotels mentioned in the tour program only by category and/or with several options for the same destination, the final details will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure. During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, or sports tournaments, hotels may be used further away than stated; in this case, information will be given 15 days before the tour departure date.
  5. Triple Rooms: Triple rooms can be provided based on hotel availability. The third bed in such rooms is smaller than standard beds and consists of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. As extra beds are of the folding or coach type, participants booking triple or child rooms are considered to have accepted potential tightness and the type of bed. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with two adults and within the indicated age group.
  6. About Extra Tours: Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Extra tours are organized with a minimum of 20 participants; if this number is not reached, the tours may not be held or prices and content may vary according to the number of participants. Passengers not wishing to join the extra tour are considered to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way.
  7. Check-in and Boarding Procedures: For tours with flights, check-in and boarding are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Viyatravel is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the airport at the times notified by Viyatravel or who fail to complete these procedures on time and therefore miss their flight.
  8. Delays and Schedule Changes: There may be delays or changes to the flight schedule for scheduled and special flights. Viyatravel is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Children aged 0–2 do not pay airport tax and service charges.
  9. Customs Waiting Times: During travel, waiting times at border crossings by road may exceed standards. Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times.
  10. Types of Vehicles Used: According to the number of participants, the following types of vehicles are used on our tours:

All domestic flight connections in Turkey and Cyprus are available. A separate request is required for a domestic connection.

SEGURO DE INCLUSIÓN EN LAS RESERVAS VIAJES COMBINADOS


En lo que respecta a nuestro seguro de inclusión, dicho seguro incluye exclusivamente a aquellas personas que tienen su residencia y origen del viaje en España o Portugal.


CAPÍTULO I (Obligaciones de información y contenido del contrato de viaje combinado), Artículo 153 (Información precontractual.), punto 1, apartado H:


"1. Antes de que el viajero quede obligado por cualquier contrato de viaje combinado u oferta correspondiente, el organizador, y también el minorista, cuando el viaje combinado se venda a través de este último, proporcionarán al viajero el formulario con la información normalizada relativa al viaje combinado que figura en el anexo II, A o B, así como la siguiente información que resulte aplicable al viaje combinado:

"h) Información sobre la suscripción de un seguro facultativo que cubra los gastos originados en caso de que el viajero decida poner fin al contrato o los gastos de asistencia, incluidos los de repatriación, en caso de accidente, enfermedad o fallecimiento."


Dicho apartado hace referencia a la obligación de informar al cliente la posibilidad de contratar un seguro, no a la obligación de incluir un seguro en el viaje, es decir, el cliente tiene la facultad (opción) de contratar o no con la agencia un seguro. La agencia tiene la obligación de informar que es recomendable que el cliente contrate un seguro que le incluya, al menos, temas como repatriación,... lo que básicamente es el seguro de inclusión.


Una vez que la agencia informa al cliente sobre la recomendación de contratar un seguro para el viaje, ya es el cliente quien puede contratar un seguro con la agencia, o que lo contrate el directamente con quien quiera.
