Meeting with our valued guests at 17:30 at the Qatar Airways counter in the Istanbul New Airport international departures terminal. After passport, baggage – and check-in procedures, departure to Doha with Qatar Airways flight QR 246 at 20:10.

Arrival in Doha at 00:10 local time. After arrival, passport and check-in procedures for transfer, then departure to Johannesburg with Qatar Airways flight QR 1363 at 02:35. Arrival in Johannesburg at 10:00 local time.

After meeting our guide at the airport, we board our private vehicle and start our Panoramic Johannesburg city tour. Places to see on our panoramic city tour include:

After breakfast, we depart for the Sun City region.

On the way, for our guests who wish, there will be an optional Lion Park tour (90 USD). In our Lion Park Tour, we will have the opportunity to see rare white lions playing in their natural environment.

Then, for our guests who wish, there is an opportunity to take an optional Lesedi Cultural Village tour with lunch (100 USD). Lesedi is a cultural village where you can closely observe the lifestyle, dances, traditions, and customs of the black tribes living in South Africa. At the beginning of the tour, the history of black cultures is explained with a video presentation; then, small groups enter areas that showcase the home life of the Zulu, Xhosa, Basotho, and Pedi tribes. Afterwards, cultural African dances are watched. We have our lunch at Lesedi Cultural Village with traditional African cuisine as part of the optional tour.

After visiting Lesedi Village, we continue our journey and arrive in Sun City; we conduct our panoramic city tour. Sun City is located on the plains of the North West Province of South Africa, by a tranquil lake, surrounded by the majestic mountains of Pilanesberg. With its unique combination of features, Sun City is unrivaled among holiday resorts. Every year, thousands of tourists are drawn by its lavish sporting and entertainment activities, four and five-star hotels, and the magical Lost City.

After breakfast, free time. For our guests who wish, an optional Pilanesberg Safari Tour (185 USD) will be organized.

On our safari in Pilanesberg National Park with safari vehicles, we will have an unforgettable time in nature and witness the daily lives of various wild animals living in a natural volcanic environment among the mountains. During our tour, we will have the opportunity to see the lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and hippo, known as the Big Five, as well as 350 bird species, 65 reptiles, and hundreds of different animal species. After the safari, transfer to our hotel to rest.

After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to the airport for our Johannesburg – Cape Town flight.

On the way, for guests who wish, an optional Elephant and Monkey Park tour (155 USD) will be organized. At the Elephant Park, you will interact with elephants and touch their uniquely designed body parts. During the tour, you will meet rangers who will help you appreciate the special, trust-based relationship they share with the elephants. You will also learn many more interesting facts about the unique anatomy and design of elephants. At the Monkey Park, you will have an interactive experience with monkeys and lemurs living freely in a natural and exotic forest; you will have the opportunity to hug and touch them.

After our tour, we arrive at the airport and fly to Cape Town. Upon arrival in Cape Town, we board our private vehicle and start our panoramic city tour. Places to see include:

After the city tour, we transfer to our hotel and settle into our rooms.

After breakfast at our hotel, full day free time. Opportunity for shopping, relaxing, and sightseeing.

Our guests who wish can join our optional Cape of Good Hope (with lunch) tour (190 USD). Passing through Bantry Bay, Camps Bay, and Llandudno, we arrive at the fishing town of Hout Bay. We will take a boat trip to see the Cape Fur Seals on Duiker Island. Then, passing through Chapmans Peak or Constantia Nek, we see the African Penguins at Boulders Beach near Simons Town. After lunch at Black Marlin Seafood Restaurant with an ocean view, we see the world's highest lighthouse by funicular at the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point, discovered by Barthelomios Diaz at the southwestern tip of Africa. Afterwards, we return to Cape Town via different coastal towns.

After breakfast, free time. For our guests who wish, an optional Table Mountain & Stellenbosch Wine Farms (with lunch) tour (185 USD) will be organized.

We begin our tour by tasting the region’s famous wines. After our 45-minute journey, we first tour the cellars at KWV Wine Emporium and then have a tasting. Then, we move on to the town of Stellenbosch, founded in 1679, and have a panoramic city tour in this town which is famous for its wines, oak trees, and university. After lunch at the restaurant of Tokara Wine Farm, you can ascend to the 1,087-meter-high summit of Table Mountain and let yourself be enchanted by this magnificent view. Afterwards, we return to our hotel.

Pricing and Reservation

  • All prices are calculated per person in a double room.
  • For reservations canceled up to 90 days before departure, a penalty fee will be applied for the Johannesburg – Cape Town flight ticket. This fee varies between 150 and 200 Euro.
  • It is strongly recommended to check if prices are up-to-date before making a purchase.
  • No cancellations or changes can be made for promotional and early booking discounted tours.
  • Hotel vouchers and flight tickets will be sent to you three days before the tour departure date.
  • Name, surname, and date of birth provided during the reservation must be complete and correct as stated in the passport. Name confirmation will not be made later.

Flight Information

  • Flight times stated in the program are from the relevant airline. Our agency is not responsible for changes in flight times; therefore, the program may be revised in case of any time changes.
  • In case of possible delays in domestic Johannesburg – Cape Town flights, operational changes may occur.
  • Delays and schedule changes may occur on scheduled or private flights; such situations are considered accepted by guests in advance.
  • All guests are responsible for carrying their roundtrip flight tickets and hotel accommodation documents. Guests without airline ticket printouts are responsible for their own entry to the country.
  • It is recommended that guests activate their mobile phones for international use.

Accommodation and Room Arrangements

  • Hotel check-in times are between 14:00–16:00, check-out times are between 10:00–12:00.
  • If more than one hotel alternative is offered at the same destination and/or only the hotel category is specified, the hotels to be accommodated will be notified to you 48 hours before the start of the tour.
  • Due to high demand, hotel changes may occur; however, the hotel category will not change.
  • Some hotels may provide twin beds (TWIN). Requests to change room type during hotel stays are at the hotel's discretion.
  • Triple rooms are given based on hotel availability; the third bed may be smaller than the standard bed. Usually, it consists of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are portable, foldable types; this arrangement is deemed accepted by the guest.
  • Child discounts apply only for one child sharing the same room with two adults and meeting the age criteria.
  • Children aged 0–2 do not pay area tax and service fee.
  • Breakfasts at the hotels are served continental style in accordance with the culture of the country visited and may be served in a separate room for groups in some cases.

Tours and Excursions

  • Panoramic city tours specified in the program are introductory tours lasting about 2–3 hours conducted from the vehicle with guide narration. They do not cover museum and archaeological site entrances.
  • Tours may be canceled or their contents changed due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, road closures, or unfavorable weather conditions. In these cases, our company is not responsible. If necessary, tours can be carried out using public transport or on foot.
  • Changes may be made to extra tours due to weather conditions; the right to make necessary arrangements is reserved.

Tour Participation Condition

  • The tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 40 people. In case sufficient participation is not achieved, cancellation information will be notified to you via your agency at least 20 days before the departure of the tour.

* El presente documento, obtenido por el Usuario a través de Haiku Dinámico, no constituye una confirmación de reserva ni una reserva en firme de ninguno de los servicios de viaje descritos en el mismo. Tal confirmación se obtendrá, solamente, una vez Haiku Dinámico reciba el precio íntegro de la reserva a través de la agencia minorista seleccionada por el Usuario de entre las asociadas a Haiku Dinámico.


* La reserva de servicios turísticos y compras de productos que figuran en este documento se regirá por las condiciones contractuales específicas con las que han sido ofertados y por las Condiciones Generales aplicables a los servicios de viaje y productos comercializados por Haiku Dinámico que se publican en esta web, una copia de las cuales se acompañan a este documento.

Por lo que, ante estas situaciones, la mayorista se reserva el derecho de no aceptar dichas reservas, teniéndose que confirmar el precio y la disponibilidad de dichas plazas expresamente por la misma y tras la cotización de las plazas y los precios a través del departamento de grupos.



SEGURO DE INCLUSIÓN EN LAS RESERVAS VIAJES COMBINADOS


En lo que respecta a nuestro seguro de inclusión, dicho seguro incluye exclusivamente a aquellas personas que tienen su residencia y origen del viaje en España o Portugal.


CAPÍTULO I (Obligaciones de información y contenido del contrato de viaje combinado), Artículo 153 (Información precontractual.), punto 1, apartado H:


"1. Antes de que el viajero quede obligado por cualquier contrato de viaje combinado u oferta correspondiente, el organizador, y también el minorista, cuando el viaje combinado se venda a través de este último, proporcionarán al viajero el formulario con la información normalizada relativa al viaje combinado que figura en el anexo II, A o B, así como la siguiente información que resulte aplicable al viaje combinado:

"h) Información sobre la suscripción de un seguro facultativo que cubra los gastos originados en caso de que el viajero decida poner fin al contrato o los gastos de asistencia, incluidos los de repatriación, en caso de accidente, enfermedad o fallecimiento."


Dicho apartado hace referencia a la obligación de informar al cliente la posibilidad de contratar un seguro, no a la obligación de incluir un seguro en el viaje, es decir, el cliente tiene la facultad (opción) de contratar o no con la agencia un seguro. La agencia tiene la obligación de informar que es recomendable que el cliente contrate un seguro que le incluya, al menos, temas como repatriación,... lo que básicamente es el seguro de inclusión.


Una vez que la agencia informa al cliente sobre la recomendación de contratar un seguro para el viaje, ya es el cliente quien puede contratar un seguro con la agencia, o que lo contrate el directamente con quien quiera.
