Day 1: BOGOTÁ – GUATAVITA: EL DORADO LEGEND & ANDEAN LANDSCAPES

At approximately 9:00 am, pick up from your hotel in Bogotá for a scenic journey to the Andean highlands. The first stop is the legendary Guatavita Lagoon, a sacred site of the Muisca civilization and the origin of the famous El Dorado legend, where a guided walk reveals the rituals, traditions, and natural beauty that make this lagoon one of Colombia’s most iconic cultural landmarks.

Continue to the charming town of Guatavita, known for its white colonial-style houses and peaceful atmosphere, before making a brief stop at the fun and unusual Upside-Down House for unique photo opportunities. After the visit, return to Bogotá and transfer to your hotel in the city center.

Overnight in Bogotá.

Day 2: BOGOTÁ – PASQUILLA: BEEKEEPING EXPERIENCE IN RURAL BOGOTÁ

At approximately 9:00 am, pick-up from your hotel in Bogotá and transfer to the rural village of Pasquilla, located in Ciudad Bolívar, an agricultural area just a short distance from the city that preserves strong rural traditions and community values.

Upon arrival, begin with a welcome aromatherapy session prepared with local products that highlight the agricultural richness of the region. Accompanied by a professional guide and a local interpreter, you will learn about the importance of beekeeping, its impact on biodiversity, and its essential role in ecosystem balance. Equipped with protective beekeeping gear, you will safely approach the hives and observe how bees work and how honey and its derivatives are produced. This hands-on activity offers a deeper understanding of sustainable agricultural practices and the importance of protecting pollinators. During the visit, enjoy a typical regional lunch prepared with local ingredients, offering an authentic taste of rural tradition.

After the experience, transfer back to Bogotá.

With regard to our inclusion insurance, said insurance exclusively includes those people who have their residence and origin of the trip in Spain or Portugal.

CHAPTER I (Obligations of information and content of the combined travel contract), Article 153 (Pre-contractual information), point 1, section H:

"1.
