Accommodation in Lima.

DAY 02: VISIT COLONIAL AND MODERN LIMA (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Between 9:15 and 9:45, or between 2:15 and 2:45, you will be picked up from your hotel. First, we will take a panoramic tour of the enigmatic Huaca Pucllana, where the ancient ruins transport us to the bygone days of the Ichma culture and Lima. Then, we will cross the olive groves of San Isidro, Lince, and Cercado, enjoying views of the Palace of Justice, the historic Lima Art Museum, and the vibrant Plaza San Martín. In the Plaza de Armas, we will immerse ourselves in history by exploring the Cathedral, the Government Palace, and the Municipal Palace, then head to the sacred Convent of San Francisco. Here, the catacombs reveal an underground labyrinth that holds the remains of more than 25,000 souls, taking us on a journey into Lima's past. Finally, we finish the tour with a spectacular view of Parque del Amor, Larcomar, and the Pacific Ocean, enjoying the sea breeze and the beauty of the city before returning to the hotel. Overnight in Lima.

DAY 03: LIMA - PARACAS: BALLESTAS ISLANDS & ICA CITY TOUR + LA HUACACHINA LAGOON - (Tourist Transportation)

Box breakfast.

Between 4:10 and 4:40 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Lima to begin the journey south to Paracas Bay, located 261 km from the capital. After a few hours along the Pan-American Highway, we arrive at this coastal port, the starting point for one of the most amazing experiences of the day.

Paracas: At 8:00 am, we will head to the tourist pier to board a modern watercraft to the Ballestas Islands. During the ride, we will admire the mysterious "candelabra" and a wide variety of marine fauna: sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and numerous guano birds. Upon returning to the pier, we will have some free time to stroll around the bay, rest, or enjoy traditional sweets and ice cream (food not included) before continuing the journey.

Ica: We continue to the city of Ica, where we visit a traditional winery to learn about the wine and pisco production process, with a tasting included. Afterward, we'll have time for lunch (food not included).

Huacachina: In the afternoon, we arrive at the Huacachina oasis, surrounded by towering dunes. Here, we'll experience a tubular adventure and, for the bravest, the chance to go sandboarding, enjoying spectacular views of the desert. (Buggies and sandboarding are included.)

Stop in Asia: On our way back to Lima, we make one last stop in Asia for quick shopping and restroom use. After a day full of discoveries and wonders, we'll return to the hotel, taking with us unforgettable memories of this incredible experience.

Overnight in Lima.

Then, we marvel at the majestic Cusco Cathedral, a treasure of Renaissance and colonial styles. Next, we will visit the Qoricancha Temple, a jewel of Inca architecture, now the Convent of Santo Domingo. Finally, we will explore the four nearby archaeological sites: Sacsayhuaman, with its imposing walls; Qenqo, a mysterious stone labyrinth; Puca Pucara, a red fortress; and Tambomachay, known for its ceremonial fountains.

Here, we delight in an exquisite lunch in a charming setting, surrounded by the majesty of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Afterward, we visit Ollantaytambo, one of the last surviving Inca villages. Its streets, which preserve the original layout from the Inca era, transport us back in time as we tour its wonderful archaeological complex.

Finally, we visit Chincheros, a small Inca and colonial town that keeps the tradition of Inca weaving alive. Here, culture and history intertwine at every turn.

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

With regard to our inclusion insurance, said insurance exclusively includes those people who have their residence and origin of the trip in Spain or Portugal.

CHAPTER I (Obligations of information and content of the combined travel contract), Article 153 (Pre-contractual information), point 1, section H:

"1. Before the traveler is bound by any package travel contract or corresponding offer, the organizer, and also the retailer, when the package is sold through the latter, will provide the traveler with the form with the standard information regarding to the package trip that appears in annex II, A or B, as well as the following information that is applicable to the package trip:

"h) Information on the subscription of an optional insurance that covers the expenses originated in the event that the traveler decides to terminate the contract or the expenses of assistance, including those of repatriation, in case of accident, illness or death."

Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.

Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
