After bag and check-in procedures at Istanbul Airport International Departures terminal, departure to Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, with Turkish Airlines flight TK340 at 12:05. Arrival in Baku at 15:50 local time.

Upon arrival, we start the panoramic Baku city tour, where we will have our first acquaintance with the city by our private bus waiting at the airport. Important points discovered panoramically:

02. Day: Baku

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. We meet in the lobby at the time communicated by our guide. After meeting, we set out for the lunch-inclusive "Absheron Peninsula & Ateshgah & Yanardag & Shopping Tour."

Our first stop is the Ateshgah Temple, considered one of the sacred centers of Zoroastrianism. This special place, known for the legend of the "Eternal Flame", still carries the mystical atmosphere of the past.

Afterwards, we visit Yanardag, one of nature's extraordinary wonders. In this region, where natural gas rising from underground has burned for centuries without ever extinguishing, it is one of the symbols of Azerbaijan, which Marco Polo described as the "Land of Fires".

After returning to Baku, we have lunch at the designated restaurant, and in the last part of the day, we head to Port Baku/Crescent Mall, the address of shopping. Stores of world-famous brands, modern restaurants, and a pleasant atmosphere await you. Here, we will have free time for shopping and relaxation.

03. Day: Baku

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. We meet in the lobby at the time communicated by our guide. After meeting, we will carry out the "Gobustan & Mud Volcanoes and Heydar Aliyev Museum Tour."

The first stop of our tour is Gobustan, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and bears traces of prehistoric times. This open-air museum-like area on the Caspian Sea coast sheds light on thousands of years ago with its rock carvings and illustrated stones.

Afterwards, we closely observe the Mud Volcanoes, which are found intensely in Azerbaijan and only in certain regions of the world. The live geological movements will fascinate you with this unique natural phenomenon.

In the afternoon, we return to Baku and visit the architectural masterpiece of modern Azerbaijan, the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center. This iconic building, created by world-famous designer Zaha Hadid, attracts attention both with its exterior and the exhibitions inside. In addition to Heydar Aliyev’s personal belongings, ethnographic and archaeological collections are also found inside the cultural center.

After the tour, return to our hotel.

Extra: In the evening, for guests who wish, our guide will organize an extra "Azerbaijan Night with Dinner" (80 EUR, per person). 04. Day: Baku – Istanbul

After breakfast at the hotel, we will vacate our rooms and complete the check-out procedures. We will meet in the lobby at the time communicated by our guide, and then start the "Baku Old Town & Surahani Ship Museum Tour."

On this tour, we will first visit the Surahani tanker, which played an important role in the history of Azerbaijan’s oil transportation by sea and was converted into a museum in 2017 with comprehensive maintenance and repair. Various innovative solutions were applied in the halls of the 123.5-meter-long and 4696-ton Surakhani tanker museum. Topics to learn here:

Finally, free time at Nizami Street, one of Baku’s liveliest spots, reminiscent of Istanbul’s Istiklal Avenue, formerly known as Targovi, now called Nizami Street (free time).

After the free time, we will meet at the time communicated by our guide and head to Baku Heydar Aliyev Airport. Upon arrival at the airport, we will complete passport and luggage procedures and depart for Istanbul at 20:50 with Turkish Airlines flight TK335. Arrival in Istanbul at 23:05 local time and end of the tour.

Important Information

The flight times specified in the program have been obtained from the relevant airline company. The agency is not responsible for any changes in flight times. Therefore, program revisions may be made in case of any time changes.

The name, surname, and date of birth information provided at the time of booking must be complete and correct as stated in the passport. No name confirmation will be done afterwards. Hotel voucher and airline tickets will be sent to you three days before the tour departure date.

Due to weather conditions, changes may be made in extra tours. In this case, the company reserves the right to make necessary arrangements. All guests are required to carry their round-trip flight tickets and hotel accommodation documents with them. Guests without ticket printouts are responsible for their own entry into the country. Guests are advised to enable international use on their mobile phones.

Accommodation and Room Arrangements

Triple rooms can be provided based on hotel availability and the third bed may be smaller than the standard bed. Usually, it is 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are portable and foldable. This arrangement is considered accepted by the guest.

Child discounts are only valid for one child who stays in the same room with two adults and meets the age criteria. Breakfasts at hotels are served continental style in accordance with the culture of the visited country and may be served in a separate hall for groups in some cases.

Hotel check-in times are between 15:00–17:00 and check-out times are between 10:00–12:00. If more than one hotel option is offered in the same destination and/or only hotel category is specified, the hotels where you will stay will be notified to you 48 hours before the tour departure date. Due to high demand, hotel changes may occur; however, the hotel category will not change. Some hotels may offer twin beds (TWIN). Requests for room type changes during hotel accommodation are at the hotel’s discretion.

Tours and Excursions

The panoramic city tours specified in the program are introductory tours conducted from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting approximately 2–3 hours. These tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrance fees.

Tours may be canceled or their content changed due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, road closures, or adverse weather conditions. In these cases, the company is not responsible. If necessary, tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot.

Other Matters

  • No cancellations or changes can be made for promotion and early booking campaign tours.
  • The company is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the The Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be delays and time changes in scheduled or private flights; these situations are considered accepted in advance by the guest.
  • Children aged 0–2 do not pay airport taxes and service charges.

Visa and Passport Information

No visa is required for Azerbaijani trips for Turkish citizens. Turkish citizens can enter Azerbaijan with a passport or new type chip Turkish ID card.

  • It is recommended that guests traveling with a passport have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel.
  • The decision to enter the country during passport or ID checks is at the discretion of the border police. The company is not responsible for this.
  • The company is not responsible for any problems arising from worn, wet or damaged passports or ID cards. Documents must be in proper condition.
  • If guests under 18 years old are traveling alone or with only one parent, a notarized consent letter is required. Without this document, there may be problems entering and exiting the country.

Tour Participation Requirement

The tour program is organized based on a minimum participation requirement. In case sufficient participation is not achieved, cancellation information will be notified to you via the agency no later than 20 days before the tour departure date.

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS


With regard to our inclusion insurance, said insurance exclusively includes those people who have their residence and origin of the trip in Spain or Portugal.


CHAPTER I (Obligations of information and content of the combined travel contract), Article 153 (Pre-contractual information), point 1, section H:


"1. Before the traveler is bound by any package travel contract or corresponding offer, the organizer, and also the retailer, when the package is sold through the latter, will provide the traveler with the form with the standard information regarding to the package trip that appears in annex II, A or B, as well as the following information that is applicable to the package trip:

"h) Information on the subscription of an optional insurance that covers the expenses originated in the event that the traveler decides to terminate the contract or the expenses of assistance, including those of repatriation, in case of accident, illness or death."



Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.


Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
