• Important InformationThe flight times stated in the program are taken from the relevant airline. The agency is not responsible for any changes in flight times. In the event of any time changes, revisions may be made to the program.
• The name, surname, and date of birth information provided during reservation must be complete and correct as stated in the passport. Name confirmation will not be made later.
• Hotel vouchers and flight tickets will be sent to you three days before the tour departure date.
• Due to weather conditions, changes may be made to extra tours. In this case, the company reserves the right to make necessary arrangements.
• All guests are required to have their round-trip flight tickets and hotel accommodation documents with them. Guests without a printed ticket are responsible for their own entry into the country.
• Guests are advised to enable international use of their mobile phones.
• Accommodation and Room ArrangementsTriple rooms are provided according to hotel availability, and the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. They usually consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are portable and foldable.
• Child discounts only apply to one child who stays in the same room as two adults and meets the age criteria.
• Breakfasts at the hotels are served continental style in accordance with the culture of the country visited and may sometimes be served in a separate hall for groups.
• Hotel standards in England may be lower than those in Turkey.
• Hotel check-in times are between 15:00–17:00 and check-out times are between 10:00–12:00.
• Twin beds may be provided at some hotels. Requests for room type changes are at the hotel's discretion.
• Due to high demand, changes may occur in hotels; however, the hotel category will not change.
• Tours and ExcursionsThe panoramic city tours specified in the program are introductory tours lasting approximately 2–3 hours, conducted from inside the vehicle with guide narration. Museum and archaeological site entrances are not included.
• Tours may be canceled or their content changed due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, road closures, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, the company is not responsible.
• If necessary, tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot.
• Visa and Passport InformationA UK (United Kingdom) visa is mandatory for Turkish citizens. To apply for a visa, you must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip and apply through the agency with the necessary documents.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. Entry is at the discretion of the border police.
• The company is not responsible for problems arising from worn, wet, or damaged passports.
• If guests under 18 are travelling alone or with only one parent, a notarized consent letter is required.
• Tour Participation Condition and Other IssuesThe tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, you will be notified of the cancellation no later than 20 days before the tour departure.
• Cancellations or changes are not allowed in promotional and early booking campaign tours.
• Delays and time changes may occur on scheduled or private flights. These situations are deemed to have been accepted by guests in advance.
• Children aged 0–2 do not pay field tax and service fee.
• You are strongly advised to check prices before making a purchase.
• The hotels you will be staying at will be notified to you 48 hours before the tour departure date.

* Once the User has designed his trip with Haiku Dinámico, he must formalize the reservation and contract his trip through the intervention of a retail travel agency, so any User interested in confirming his reservation should contact any of the agencies retailer associated with Haiku Dinámico to the document previously generated with the referred tool.

* This document, obtained by the User through Haiku Dinámico, does not constitute a confirmation of reservation or a firm reservation of any of the travel services described therein. Such confirmation will only be obtained when Haiku Dinámico receives the total price of the reservation through the retail agency selected by the User among those associated with Haiku Dinámico.

* The booking of tourist services and product purchases contained in this document will be governed by the specific contractual conditions with which they have been offered and by the General Conditions applicable to travel services and products sold by Haiku Dinámico that are published on this website, a copy of which is attached to this document.

* The confirmation of the reservation obtained by the User through the Haiku Dinámico is also subject to availability at the time the User makes his payment for places in the means of transport, accommodation, or any type of service selected within the tariff selected or used for the offer.

* The final price obtained in the document generated through Haiku Dinámico may be subject to change at the time of requesting and confirming the reservation as a result of the companies' dynamic pricing policy aerial.

* Likewise, the final price is always conditioned to currency fluctuation, fuel price, taxes and tourist surcharges for airports, accommodation, airline tickets, maintenance services, visas and in general all those that apply to the services included in the travel, which may justify a price change, even after the reservation is confirmed under the terms and limits set by law.

* Once the reservation is confirmed, cancellation fees will be applied to the total amount of the reservation.

* Group reservations are considered to be those reservations or blocks made by the agency of 5 rooms or more under the same or several locators with the same creation date, or made on different dates and the dates of stay of the reservations coincide on several of the days or at all. Therefore, in these situations, the wholesaler reserves the right not to accept said reservations, having to confirm the price and availability of said places expressly by it and after the quotation of places and prices through the department of groups.

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

With regard to our inclusion insurance, said insurance exclusively includes those people who have their residence and origin of the trip in Spain or Portugal.

CHAPTER I (Obligations of information and content of the combined travel contract), Article 153 (Pre-contractual information), point 1, section H:

"1. Before the traveler is bound by any package travel contract or corresponding offer, the organizer, and also the retailer, when the package is sold through the latter, will provide the traveler with the form with the standard information regarding to the package trip that appears in annex II, A or B, as well as the following information that is applicable to the package trip:

"h) Information on the subscription of an optional insurance that covers the expenses originated in the event that the traveler decides to terminate the contract or the expenses of assistance, including those of repatriation, in case of accident, illness or death."

Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.

Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
