• Pricing: All prices are calculated per person in a double room. Different pricing is applied for single rooms and extra bed options. It is strongly recommended that current prices are checked before purchase.
• Air Malta Cancellation Penalty: In case of a cancellation request for reservations made, a penalty fee for Air Malta flights will apply regardless of any cancellation period. This penalty varies between 75 – 125 EUR. Therefore, it is recommended to carefully consider the conditions before making a reservation decision.
• Catania – Malta Flight Alternatives: In case of operational disruptions on flights between Catania and Malta, ferry service will be provided as an alternative transition option.
• Italy Hotel Standards: It should be noted that hotel standards in Italy may be below those in Turkey. Even if the star category is the same, room size, equipment, and service quality may vary.
• Hotel Check-in and Check-out Times: Hotel check-in times are 15:00 – 17:00, and check-out times are between 10:00 – 12:00. Requests for early check-in or late check-out outside these hours may be subject to an extra charge by the hotel.
• Hotel Notification Period: If more than one hotel option is offered in the same destination and/or only the hotel category is specified, the accommodation hotels will be notified to you 48 hours before the tour departure date.
• Hotel Change: Due to occupancy, hotels may change; however, the hotel category will not change. There will be no accommodation in a hotel below the reserved category.
• Room Type: Some hotels may offer twin beds (TWIN). Requests for a change in room type during hotel accommodation are at the discretion of the hotel management; this request is not guaranteed.
• Price Check: It is strongly recommended to confirm current prices before making a purchase. Prices may be updated periodically.

* This document, obtained by the User through Haiku Dinámico, does not constitute a confirmation of reservation or a firm reservation of any of the travel services described therein. Such confirmation will only be obtained when Haiku Dinámico receives the total price of the reservation through the retail agency selected by the User among those associated with Haiku Dinámico.

* The booking of tourist services and product purchases contained in this document will be governed by the specific contractual conditions with which they have been offered and by the General Conditions applicable to travel services and products sold by Haiku Dinámico that are published on this website, a copy of which is attached to this document.

* The confirmation of the reservation obtained by the User through the Haiku Dinámico is also subject to availability at the time the User makes his payment for places in the means of transport, accommodation, or any type of service selected within the tariff selected or used for the offer.

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

With regard to our inclusion insurance, said insurance exclusively includes those people who have their residence and origin of the trip in Spain or Portugal.

CHAPTER I (Obligations of information and content of the combined travel contract), Article 153 (Pre-contractual information), point 1, section H:

"1. Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.

Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
