Buffet breakfast served at the hotel restaurant. Today, we will take a shared tour with other guests to Sugarloaf Mountain, for a beautiful visit nearly 400 meters above sea level. The first cable car takes passengers to the top of Urca Hill, offering spectacular views of the entire bay and its neighboring islands. From Morro da Urca, we continue on a second cable car to the summit of Sugarloaf Mountain, which rises 395 meters above sea level and offers a 360-degree view of the entire city. This tour also includes panoramic visits to the beaches of Rio de Janeiro’s South Zone. Return to the hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay.

Breakfast served at the hotel restaurant. In the morning, departure to visit the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls. At the park entrance, there is a visitor center equipped with extensive facilities including restrooms, a medical center, gift shops, and information panels about the park’s biodiversity. Transportation inside the park is provided by an eco-friendly train that connects the main points of the National Park with several stops. Visiting the Argentine side of the falls offers three different trails, each providing unique views of this natural wonder. The first stop is Cataratas Station, from where visitors can take the Upper Trail or the Lower Trail. Another must-see attraction is the Devil’s Throat (Garganta del Diablo), accessible by a 1-kilometer walkway over the river, leading to an up-close view of this gigantic waterfall. In the afternoon, we will visit the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls. After passing through the visitor center, we continue along a route that leads to the magnificent Iguazu Falls. We will reach the Falls Viewpoint and from there, take a leisurely 1,200-meter walk with easy difficulty. Along the trail, panoramic views of the various waterfalls can be enjoyed, ending with a fantastic approach to the Devil’s Throat. The tour concludes at the top of the falls where a beautiful viewpoint offers panoramic views of the Upper Iguazu River. There is also an excellent restaurant and craft shop where you can enjoy a delicious natural fruit juice or purchase a souvenir. Before returning to the hotel, we recommend optional tours such as the Macuco Safari experience or a visit to the Bird Park. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Breakfast served at the hotel restaurant. In the morning, we will take a panoramic and historical tour of the city, with the opportunity to visit some of the most important sites in Brazil’s history. The visit begins at Farol da Barra, the first lighthouse in the Americas (1698), which today is a popular spot for locals to gather and watch the sunset. We continue towards the Upper City, passing through Corredor da Vitória, where colonial-era mansions still stand, the neighborhoods of Campo Grande and Piedade. In the Upper City, the tour will take place along the cobblestone streets of Pelourinho, where we can visit some of the most beautiful churches, such as São Francisco de Assis and Nossa Senhora do Rosário dos Pretos (entrance fees not included). We conclude this part of the tour at Largo do Pelourinho, where we can visit the Casa de Jorge Amado Foundation. We will walk to the viewpoint at the Lacerda Elevator, which offers stunning views of the Lower City and part of the Bay of All Saints. Return to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. We recommend the Bahia Folkloric Ballet show in the evening (Monday to Saturday). Overnight stay.

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS


With regard to our inclusion insurance, said insurance exclusively includes those people who have their residence and origin of the trip in Spain or Portugal.


CHAPTER I (Obligations of information and content of the combined travel contract), Article 153 (Pre-contractual information), point 1, section H:


"1. Before the traveler is bound by any package travel contract or corresponding offer, the organizer, and also the retailer, when the package is sold through the latter, will provide the traveler with the form with the standard information regarding to the package trip that appears in annex II, A or B, as well as the following information that is applicable to the package trip:

"h) Information on the subscription of an optional insurance that covers the expenses originated in the event that the traveler decides to terminate the contract or the expenses of assistance, including those of repatriation, in case of accident, illness or death."



Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.


Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
