  • 10:30-11:00 Arrival at Paro International Airport at 2225 meters altitude. Transfer to the Naksel Boutique Hotel and Spa among forests and temples.


  • 12:30-14:00 Lunch at Chhimi Lhakhang Kitchen Restaurant Buddhist cuisine based on the five elements. Ema datshi chili with local cheese, Paro red rice, vegan Tibetan spinach dish with artisanal tofu. Butter tea with saffron.


  • 15:00-17:30 Welcome ceremony at the Dzong of Paro traditional monastery fortress. Offering of flowers, incense and water, blessing of monks with songs of protection.


  • 19:00-20:30 Dinner at the hotel restaurant with candles and wind instruments. Dessert sweet rice with cardamom and ground almonds. Lotus leaf infusion.


  • 20:30-21:30 Cocktail Thunder Interior plum liqueur with Tibetan elderflower. Introduction to the symbolic journey in the starry garden.

  • 08:00-12:00 Spiritual ascension to the Taktshang Tiger's Nest Monastery. Guided meditation every step of the way. Ceremony of silence in front of Padmasambhava Cave.


  • 12:30-14:00 Ritual lunch at Taktshang Café Viewpoint with panoramic views. Mushroom soup, vegetable curry, Tibetan spinach momos. Himalayan jasmine tea.


  • 14:30-17:00 Conscious descent in silence. Sacred cascading water ritual. Pick-up of intention stone for the inner journey.


  • 18:30-20:00 Dinner at My Kind of Place family house with traditional dishes and Tibetan atmosphere. Black lentil dhal, red rice, barley bread. Mango dessert in coconut milk. Vegan option and children's menu.


  • 20:00-21:00 Cocktail The Tiger's Veil Tibetan brandy with rose petals and ginger. Close up with Tibetan sounds in quartz bowls.

  • 11:30-13:00 Visit to Changangkha Lhakhang Monastery, a children's protection center. Ritual of writing prayers on bodhi leaves. Reading auspicious names according to Tibetan astrology.


  • 13:30-15:00 Lunch at Zombala Restaurant. Thukpa noodles with vegetables, pumpkin dumplings, fermented rice. Cardamom tea with honey.


  • 15:00-17:00 Workshop on symbolic mandalas and Tibetan sacred geometry. Session guided by the artist. Creation of a symbol of power with natural dyes and traditional brushes.


  • 19:00-20:30 Dinner at the Six Senses Thimphu boutique hotel , a menu of medicinal cuisine. Dessert with chia seeds, berries and blue lotus essence.


  • 21:00-22:00 Cocktail Sacred Mandala mountain gin with lavender and hints of Himalayan salt. Guided meditation with candles in a circular room.

  • 06:30-07:30 Breakfast, check-out at the hotel and departure to Punakha. A trip in which you cross the Dochula Pass at 3100 meters. Breath ritual among the 108 stupas and contemplation of sacred mountains. Check-in at the hotel in Punakha.


  • 11:00-13:00 Visit to the Punakha Dzong, ancient spiritual capital of Bhutan. Purification ceremony with juniper smoke. Possible traditional shamanic dance if the date permits.


  • 13:30-15:00 Lunch at Chimi Lhakhang Café next to the Mad Lama Monastery. Mushroom curry, nettle omelette, fruit dessert in honey. Natural white wine from Sikkim.


  • 15:00-17:30 Ritual of silent vows at Chimi Lhakhang Monastery. Meeting with astrologer monk and reading of the Tibetan oracle.


  • 19:00-20:30 Dinner at Sonam's Farmhouse organic restaurant. Whole vegetarian menu prepared according to principles of Tibetan medicine.


  • 21:00-22:00 Dharma Destination Cocktail: iced infusion of black tea with pomegranate and sage leaves. Short night walk among lanterns in the mountain.

  • 08:00-09:00 Mindful breakfast in the medicinal herb garden. Tibetan bread, fresh fruits, soft cheese and infusion of digestive herbs. Check-out at the hotel.


  • 09:00-12:00 Hike to the Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten. Ritual of intention with Tibetan bowl at the top. Each traveler deposits his mandalic symbol on the altar of the wind.


  • 12:30-14:00 Picnic lunch at the top. Flatbread, Tibetan cheese, fresh fruit and Tibetan tea. 360-degree view over sacred fields and the Madre River.


  • 14:00-16:00 Return to Paro and check-in at the hotel. Closing ceremony at the hidden temple of the forest. Collective offering of incense, group singing of OM and delivery of red cord of protection.


  • 19:00-20:30 Final dinner at Olathang Heritage Restaurant hand-carved wooden lounge. Bhutanese ritual banquet with traditional dishes. Full vegan menu and golden rice dessert.


  • 21:00-22:00 Light of Compassion cocktail, pear liqueur and Tibetan cinnamon. Experience Starlight astronomical observation with introduction to Tibetan astrology. Farewell with soft drums under the night sky.

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS


With regard to our inclusion insurance, said insurance exclusively includes those people who have their residence and origin of the trip in Spain or Portugal.


CHAPTER I (Obligations of information and content of the combined travel contract), Article 153 (Pre-contractual information), point 1, section H:

Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.


Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
